Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BBCity.store (following “the Company”, “We” or BBCity). These are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy.

Shipment processing and delivery time.


We proceed to fulfill a confirmed order normally in 1/2 business days. The order is “confirmed” only once the payment is received. In certain and short periods we can experience a high volume of orders, where shipments may be slightly delayed. Please note that there may be certain orders that we can not accept and must cancel. In this case, you will receive a complete refund within 3 working days. Our delivery average time is normally 20/25 working days and our delivery deadline date is 60 working days. We ship the goods with packaging suitable for easing the customs procedures. For orders with shipping addresses in “Remote Areas”, the delivery average time could reach 25/35 working days.  Depending on which of our warehouses the order is fulfilled, and due to different “customs procedures” or particular geopolitical situations, sometimes the shipment could have a delay. If you did not receive the parcel within this period, please contact us, we will track the shipment, and we will deal with the “logistic service provider” for the quickest solution, including shipping again the products you ordered. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping rates


The product’s shipping class is clearly displayed on his page just under the price. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at “checkout” once a “delivery address” is entered, and based on the “product’s shipping class”. Our “Standard Shipping Method” is “FREE” for Europe, USA, and Russia, excluding “Remote Areas”. “REMOTE AREAS” Are areas and islands that, due to the geographic position, need specific land, sea, or air local specific connections, outside the international commercial route. Is at the discretion of our Logistic Service Provider to determine which area belonging to this category. We offer “FREE SHIPPING” in three different ways:
  • by-product (most of our products are in this shipping class).
  • by a “Minimum Order Amount” threshold of 100€, which is clearly indicated in the “Shopping Cart”  in the section “Basket totals” in the “Shipping” sub-section, and is referred to as the “total amount” of the “Shopping Cart”. The threshold of  “Minimum Order Amount” can be modified anytime at our discretion.
  • by a “FREE SHIPPING COUPON” released at our discretion to our Customers.
The “Shipping Class” is clearly displayed in the “Shopping Cart” under each product. If the product you choose “is” in “FREE SHIPPING CLASS”, in the “Shopping Cart”  in the section “Basket totals” in the “Shipping” sub-section is displayed “Standard” and no additional shipping cost will be displayed and added to the total. If the product you choose “is not” in “FREE SHIPPING CLASS”, or the delivery address is in a “Remote Areas”, the calculated additional shipping cost will be clearly displayed and added to the total. In this case, if you do not agree, you can easily cancel the order, or you can meet “FREE SHIPPING” reaching the Minimum Order Amoun threshold by increasing the quantity or adding other products. Once you met the MOA threshold, the shipping option ”FREE SHIPPING MOA” will appear and will be automatically activated and checked and no additional shipping cost will be added to the total. The “FREE SHIPPING COUPON” method will be activated, displayed, and automatically checked once a valid coupon code has been entered in the appropriate field.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


BBCity is not responsible for any customs duties and national or local taxes applied in your country to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Loss


We will bear the risks and responsibilities in the transportation of goods till the delivery at the address you provided in the order process. In some cases, these responsibilities and risks are transferred to the logistics service provider. We recommend checking the status of the goods upon delivery. After you sign and accept the goods, the risk of damage, and/or loss of the goods is transferred to you. In case of a damaged parcel, you must take some photos “as you receive it”, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods,  and notify BBCity by email within 24hours of the receipt.

We will deal with you with the appropriate solution.

Returns and Refund Policy


You will be fully refunded the full amount paid if the parcel is not delivered within the “deadline date”.

Our policy is “SATISFIED OR FULLY REFUND” You can return a product, except those listed in the following section “Exclusion”, by notifying BBCity, by email, your intention to return the goods within 7(seven) days of the receipt. We will give you all the instructions to return the goods. The product must not have been used, except for testing. You will be eligible for a refund of the sole amount paid for the product, excluding shipping cost, and the “return shipping cost” will be in your charge. The refund will be made within 3(three) working days after the returned goods are received. In case of a damaged parcel, to be eligible for a refund you have to follow the instruction as described in the “Damages and Loss” section.  We will refund the full amount paid, and the “return shipping cost” will be in charge of BBCity. The refund will be made within 3(three) working days after the returned goods are received. In case of a defective product, to be eligible for a refund you have to notify BBCity, by email, your intention to return the goods, specifying the defect or problem, as soon as detected and in any case within 15(fifteen) days of the receipt.  We will refund the full amount paid, and the “return shipping cost” will be in charge of BBCity. The refund will be made within 3(three) working days after the returned goods are received.

Exclusion


are excluded from the “return policy” the products and/or categories listed below: All the products included in the category “Helth & Beauty Care” consumable and non-electronic devices. All the products included in the category “Underwear”.
